Retail Store Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team. We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our stadium store located at Seaman Stadium, home of the Okotoks Dawgs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years management experience in a retail environment.
The Store Manager’s
responsibilities include but are not limited to such functions as: scheduling,
hiring, training, inventory control, achieving sales targets and ensuring a
positive team atmosphere is maintained at all times.
Candidates must have the ability to: multi-task,
prioritize and work well in a fast paced environment. Candidates must have
experience with sales, customer service and be available to work, evenings, and
weekends during the months of May to August.

Sales Associate Stadium

Sales Associate Stadium:

 

The Sales Associate team member works in a fast-paced
environment that involves constant interaction with customers, delivering
friendly and courteous service while explaining product benefits and fulfilling
customer needs. This role also involves store maintenance such as stocking
shelves, merchandising and general housekeeping.
Customer Service:
Provides excellent
customer service to all customers entering the store

·  Smiles, makes eye
contact with and greets customers.

·  Guides customers to
the location of requested items.
. Answers questions and provides friendly advice and services to
customers.

·  Suggests value-added
and related products to customers to ensure they go home with what they need.

·  Handles multiple
customers in an effective and efficient manner.

·  Deals with
challenging situations in a professional manner.

·  Learns about new
products on a regular basis.

·  Keeps up to date
with in-store promotions, in-store deals and product locations.

Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
.  Ensures that retail
basic tasks are executed efficiently

·  Stocks shelves and
merchandise display areas using modules and guides.

·  Walks their assigned
sections to understand what needs to be accomplished on a daily basis.

·  Maintains inventory
accuracy and identifies/reports low stock levels

·  Reports stolen and
damaged goods to Management.

·  Plays an active role
in the department team by openly sharing opinions/ideas and by participating in
all meetings/training as required.

·  Engages in learning
activities and listens to feedback to improve their own abilities.

·  Complies with
company, store and department policies.

Silk Screen Printer

Silk Screen Printer

We are currently looking a silk screen printer.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to gain critical experience in the industry and evolve your skills in many facets. Our friendly and experienced staff will be there to help and guide you every step of the way.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set-up and operation of manual printing presses
  • Knowledge of Plastisol, water based and specialty inks
  • Assist in burning and prepping screens for production
  • Colour mixing and matching
  • Record print production details
  • Clean, maintain and service equipment as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in garment printing and production on manual presses
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and quality control and be able to adjust print specifications for various substrates and garment types
  • Good written and verbal skills are a must
  • Good organizational skills
  • An ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • An ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift boxes up to 30lbs.

Salary is based on experience
